Have you ever just sat back and watch God do His thing with your life? When you do this, you’re not worrying about what can happen and you focus more on what could go right.

Situations can even go differently when we pray about it before acting on it. Let me repeat that again. When you pray about something before going ahead and doing whatever it is, the outcome will be so much better compared to when you don’t pray before acting on it. However, that doesn’t happen all the time because God can’t answer ‘yes’ to all of our prayers. It’s usually, yes, no, or I have something totally different in mind for you!

The last answer is basically what I receive from God, especially when I would go to all of those Doctor appointments. The crazy thing is that I would try to expect the unexpected, but the appointments would only make me upset because each one left me with not knowing what is wrong or if something is even wrong with me, for that matter.

I have been praying so hard for something and it’s something that I haven’t ever done before, so it’s going to be new to me. Honestly, not everyone takes this approach, but I am determined to take care of my health and find out what is wrong, if there is something going on in my body. I talk more about this in the previous blog post I posted this week.

Things do feel differently when you pray about something before you even go do it. After you pray for whatever it is, it is your job to sit back and watch God do His thing.

I want you to know that it is okay to do things differently that maybe some people are skeptical about. If it does work for you, that is amazing and you should keep on doing what you’re doing.

I love the quote above from Morgan Harper Nichols and it’s such a beautiful quote. She’s right, God only knows where you’re headed and He knows what is best for you. Even when things get hard and maybe it’s not what you had in mind, you need to continue to trust God because your prayer does take some time for God to answer.

Please don’t ever give up and be determined to get some help when you feel like something is wrong.

God won’t ever let go of you or leave your side. He is always with you, especially when it seems like you’re left in the dark.

Remember: Pray before acting on something and the outcome might even be much better than you have ever imagined.

Please don’t lose hope, a miracle will be coming your way, soon.

If you haven’t heard this lately, I want to tell you that you’re loved, you matter, there is someone who needs you in their life, you have a purpose in this world, and God loves you so much, no matter what you do, God will always love you.

When you find the time, please listen to “Lay It Down” by Jordan Feliz.

“I hear You call my name
I don’t want to hesitate
I can’t live another day like this
So here I am letting go
Into Your saving arms
Your love is lifting every burden
And I hear You say

Lay it down
Lay it down
Lay it down
Lay it down
Lay it down
Lay it down
Lay it down
Lay it down
Lay it down

All the pain
All the weight
Every scar I will take so
Lay it down
Lay it down
Lay it down
Lay it down
Go ahead and lay it down

All of my chains have been undone
Every battle You have won
Here in Your presence
I am free
If You tell me

Lay it down”
