I don’t know about you, but it definitely motivates me, especially when I start doubting myself. We all have been there before and we all need some encouragement every now and then!

Y’all, we’re now in a brand new year!

It’s time for us to start new and not even carry what 2019 brought us. We shouldn’t bring that negativity into 2020!

Family problems?

Death in the family?

Health issues?

Toxic relationships?

Feeling like you’re a burden to others?

Can’t ever decide what you should do?

Letting people walk all over you?

Anxiety?

Depression?

Had a bad relationship with food?

Being negative all the time?

Mood swings?

Struggle with body confidence?

Being insecure about something you really don’t like about yourself?

Feeling like a disappointment and feel like no one cares about you?

Lay it all down. Everything you have struggled with in 2019 that tried to bring you down, give it to God and don’t look back.

Don’t let 2019 impact 2020. The best is yet to come and I am so sure that this year will be so much better for you. God has heard your prayers in 2019 and He is going to give you the blessings you need in this brand new year.

No one has the same heart as yours or the features that make you, you.

No one knows how much you’re so determined to the point you don’t want to ever give up.

No one knows how many tears you have cried and how much you fought to get to this point in your life.

No one knows what happens behind the scenes in your life.

No one knows how you feel on the inside.

There is no one in the world who is exactly like you.

You are strong enough.

You are beautiful enought, just the way you are.

With God by your side, you are capable of achieving anything.

You don’t have to prove yourself to anyone, God only knows.

God knows what you have been through and He hasn’t left your side.

Keep telling yourself that everything is going to be okay and you will get through this with God by your side. You’re going to be okay.

Are you ready to start new? It’s a brand new year, are you excited for what is to come? If you’re not, let’s start getting excited!

I’m proclaiming it right now: 2020 is going to be the best year yet and God is going to reveal the answers to your questions to you. It is going to make sense soon.

I’m determined to keep fighting for my health and doing what is best for my body. 2020 is the year that I take control of my health and I will not let having PCOS get to me like it has done to me before I even knew I had it. I am strong enough and I will get through anything with God by my side. I will also not let my anxiety take control over my life and it has gotten better than it used to be before. I am going to trust God fully and not be scared. 2020, you’re going to be soo good to me, I already know it.

Let’s start this brand new year with letting go of every single thing that has hurt us in 2019. Let it go. God wins.
