I can imagine the Angels in Heaven are all around us on Earth and even though we are unable to see them, I believe our loved ones we lost are guiding us and keeping each of us safe.
The Angels are able to see our pain.
They see the darkness that surrounds the world.
They see our troubles, worries, and fears.
They are always near in times of trouble.
The Angels protect us.

I first thought about how through this epidemic, our Angels in Heaven are all on this Earth somewhere fighting this battle with us during the most peaceful Easter I have ever experienced on April 12, 2020.
I spent Easter with my Grandparents – it was just me and them, no one else from my family.
My Grandparents wanted to go to the Cemetery.
At first, I thought about not going with them, but then I insisted because it was Easter and I wanted to spend this day with my Grandparents!
I’m so thankful I ended up going because I witnessed something I have never experienced before… It’s difficult to find the words for it.
We stayed in the car while driving around looking at our loved ones’ graves and we prayed over them.
I looked up and I noticed a parked truck. The individual got out of his truck and sat down next to a grave. He sat there for a while. Mind you, this was Easter Day and from the distance, he looked like he was a teenager. He could have done something other than going to the cemetery to visit his loved one for Easter, but he didn’t.
As I was watching him, I felt the pain he felt and it made me so sad. I also prayed over him the entire time as he was sitting in the grass talking to his loved one.
I don’t think I have ever witnessed that before or felt the way I felt as I was praying over him.
It honestly made my heart hurt for him and I still can’t stop thinking about that moment.
I’m thankful God brought me to the cemetery with my Grandparents and I do believe God wanted me there for a reason.
I didn’t know who he was or the loved one he was seeing at the cemetery – that’s not for me to know and it’s for God to know. It’s the fact that He brought me there and He wanted me to witness what I saw, which I’m forever blessed by it.
I wanted to share this special event with all of you and hopefully, it touches your heart like it did mine.
Afterwards, I felt so much peace and this Easter turned out to be the one I will never forget. We have made so many sacrifices and we couldn’t all be together as a family celebrating that Jesus rose from the dead; He became The King. Easter is honestly my most favorite celebration. It’s the fact that everyone loved Jesus during Palm Sunday, Jesus had the washing of the feet and The Last Supper during Passover, Jesus was forced to carry His own cross that He would die on, He was beaten to death, and was hung on the cross. He did everything for us – it’s basically a huge love story and it’s not the typical romantic one, either. That’s why I love the meaning behind Easter so much and it will always be special to me!
Angels are near and they are fighting our battles on the sidelines with us. I do believe they protect us from anything that has potential to harm us. I wonder what all they know and if they know what is going to happen in the future on earth.
I want each of you to know that your loved ones in Heaven are watching over you and are with you in Spirit. We all have Guardian Angels watching over us. I hope you find peace in this blog post.
The Lord will fight for you; you only need to be still. -Exodus 14:16

When you find the time, please listen to “Touch of Heaven” by Bethel Music and is sung by David Funk.
And how I live for the moments
Where I’m still in Your presence
And all the noise dies down
Lord, speak to me now
You have all my attention
And I will linger and listen
I can’t miss a thing
And Lord, I know my heart wants more of You
My heart wants something new
So I, surrender all
And all I want is to live within Your love
Be undone by who You are
My desire is to know You deeper
Lord, I will open up again
Throw my fears into the wind
I am desperate for a touch of heaven

I added a new page to this blog and I encourage all of you to check it out! For those of you who are new here, I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) in December of 2019. I have been documenting everything that I have been through and experienced – from discussing my symptoms before I knew what was wrong, all the way to what I am doing now to help my body. My goal is to balance my hormones naturally without taking birth control. I want to give other women with PCOS hope that birth control isn’t the only option. All of the details about My PCOS journey Pinterest board can be found here.
