If you’re new here, we are just now starting a new devotional on the Bible App called, Broken Crayons Still Color and it lasts for 5 days! We have one more day left!

If you want to still join, here is the link, so we can read this devotional together and up to 150 people can join it (that’s what the Bible App says). Here is day 1 of the devotional, just in case you missed it!

“You are the light of the world. A city set on a mountain cannot be hidden. And they do not light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lamp stand, so that it may shine to all who are in the house. So then, let your light shine in the sight of men, so that they may see your good works and may glorify your Father, who is in heaven.” -Matthew 5: 14-16

Day 4 is mainly about wanting to fit in and hiding the talents God has given us.

Have you ever been so passionate about something, but then you decide to quit whatever it is just because you are more worried about what someone would think of you?

Have you ever done that to “fit in?”

What about going with the rest of the crowd by doing whatever everyone else is doing around you?

When you do this, you ignore the talents God has given you.

God has given all of us a talent to share with the world.

Each of our talents are different and these talents aren’t meant to be hidden in secret.

What I can do, you might not be able to do and that’s okay because God has given you a different talent from mine.

Have you ever wished you had someone else’s talent and you compared their talent to yours?

Comparison is a thief!

Someone might me watching you and thinking that they wished they had what you have.

That is why you shouldn’t be jealous of someone else’s talent – be thankful for the talent God has blessed you with because someone might be wanting to have what you have, you never know.

Have you ever been afraid to share your the talent God has given to you with the world?

God didn’t give you this talent to hide, He gave it to you, so you can share it with the entire world!

We each bring something different to the world and we need to use what God has given us!

Why be ashamed of the talent God has given you?

He has given you this talent for a reason!

With your talent, you have potential to make your mark on this world. Don’t we all?!

Yes, you are capable of changing the world for the better with your talent!

Let it shine and don’t hold back – watch God give you so many blessings in your life!

I’m so thankful for the Kylie’s Corner & More family.

I’m thankful to have such an uplifting community on this blog!

This blog and you guys mean so much to me.

All of this couldn’t be done without God.

**This was taken from the Broken Crayons Still Color Devotional for day 4**

I’m here to leave a mark on the world and you are here to do the same.

Keep letting your light shine.

You are so loved by God.

Your talent God has given to you matters, so don’t hide it from the world!
